We are looking for a secretary in Riyadh with the
following job description and requirements.
-Maintain office systems
-Maintain filing systems
-Set up work procedures
-Maintain databases
-Manage correspondence, reports and documents
-Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and
provide information
Requirements:
-Knowledge in Arabic
-Able to handle multiple tasks
-Knowledge of business principles
-knowledge and experience of relevant software applications
spreadsheets, word processing, and
database management
-Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
-proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
-Transferable Iqama
