Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 7 to 10 years experience in QA/QC, handling huge spectrum of trades from building facilities and mechanical projects.  Must be able to put a technical report and recommendation on projects both written and oral.  He should have knowledge in operating the computer with basic software.  Must have a Saudi driving license.  Must be fluent and literate in the English language.

Mechanical Utilities Operators

High school certificate and vocational certificate. 3 years experience as Air conditioning plant operator. 3 years experience on Cooling Tower Plant Operation.  3 years experience as Sewage Advance Wastewater Plant Operator. 3 years experience as Water Production Plant Operator.  Able to read, write and speak English

Mechanical Technician

Technical Certificate / Vocational School department in a field related to his trade. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience on HVAC, Plumbing, Pump stations, Chillers and R.O. Plants. Proficiency in English language.

Sand Blaster

Primary education. 5 years experience in abrasive blasting. Familiar with sand blasting equipment and safety. Able to pass test given in accordance with G.I. 445-001. Able to understand oral instructions in English language. Able to speak, read and write the English language.

Machinist

Diploma or Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training.  5 years in Machinist Field.  Able to operate all kinds of machine tools such as shapers, guiders, drill presses, milling machines and lathe machines.  Able to read and understand technical drawings.  Able to assemble and disassemble equipment and replace parts. Able to fabricate and repairs parts such as shafts, bearings, pulleys, couplings gears and valve seats. Able to understand oral instructions in English language. Possession of valid Saudi Arab Government Driver's license. Able to speak, read and write the English language.

Training Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.  5 years related experience in technical area including 3 years experience in craft teaching at a recognized vocational/polytechnic/technical institute.  Shall be able to speak, read and write fluently in English language.  Fully conversant with ANSI-National Electrical Code-CS-2002, ASHRAE Codes and Standards, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code and/or Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES). Posses Saudi Driving License.  Aptitude to teaching profession; ability to impart knowledge.  Responsible for On the Job Training Qualification Program, which provide class-room and workshop training instructions to technicians in the theoretical and practical skill required to enable the technician fully qualified in the area of their specialization for Saudi Aramco Dhahran Utilities O&M Project.

Planning Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.  At least 10 years in a large industrial environment inside the maintenance organization.  Knowledge of accepted Planning/Estimating and Scheduling Practice is mandatory.  In addition,, 15 years of combined management and applied experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.  Principal duties: Preparation of estimates and planning for work requirements.  Plans the issuance of work orders to proper functions.  Interfaces with Engineering Groups on a regular basis.  Coordinates the proper scheduling of work.  Reviews and implements (as directed) quality control measures to enhance better performance by shops and other groups to validate that all coordination with the various shops is complete.  Ensures that MR/Work Order packages are kept up to date and accurately completed and properly filled.  Reviews contractor quality of work performed and response times. Ability to read, write  and speak English fluently is mandatory.  Valid vehicle driver's license is required.

Mechanic Diesel Maintenance

9 years education plus 2 years apprenticeship in Mechanical. 5 to 7 years experience on repair and maintenance of various sizes of Diesel engines. A sound knowledge of overhaul procedures for large diesel engines together with a proven ability to diagnose and rectify equipment problems. Principal duties include: Diagnoses and repairs reported malfunctions. Performs planned maintenance diesel engines and auxiliary equipment, correcting any defects in accordance with the maintenance manual.  Installs new systems and maintains and modifies existing ones.  Repairs and overhauls all mechanical equipment of diesel generators.  Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to read, write and speak English, Arabic desirable. Valid driving license from home country.

Mechanic Plant

9 Years education plus 2 years trade certificate as mechanical fitter.  5 years experience as mechanical fitter at airport or industrial complex.  Principal duties include: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for pumps, valves and other mechanical equipments.  Identifies material parts required and reports to superior.  Performs other duties as required.  English required knowledge of Arabic desirable.

Mechanical Pump / Compressor

9 Years education plus 2 years apprenticeship in Mechanical.  5 years experience in similar jobs at an industrial complex or airport.  Principal duties include: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for all types of pumps, centrifugal, axial, direct driven, belt driven, gear driven and of air compressors.  Makes estimates of material and spare parts needed.  Install new equipment.  Makes modification in existing equipment. Ability to read, write and speak English, Arabic desirable.  Ability to lift heavy equipment.

Operator Diesel Generator

Minimum of 9 years formal education together with a craft apprenticeship as a maintenance electrician or electromechanic.  Principal duties: Starts, synchronizes units, shares and balances load between running units.  Sheds load and maintain balance.  Read and record all instrument indications and adjusts controls as required.  Performs routine inspections and ensures serviceability and cleanliness of all installed electrical equipment.  Maintains all operational log sheets and the plant operational diary.  Ensures that all malfunctions are recorded and reported to his Supervisor.  Ability to understand, read and write English, Arabic desirable. Valid driver's license of home country.

Pipe Fitter / Welder

9 years education plus completion of a recognized welding skills training program.  5 years experience as a welder with at least 2 years specializing in shielded inert gas are welding.  Additional years of comparable experience may be substituted for up to 3 years of education of training program completion.  Principal duties: Lays out, cuts, bends and fits material for welding.  Hard-faces special parts requiring a high degree of hardness.  Adds layer of metal to undersized components and machine parts.  Utilizes shielded inert gas are welding techniques (MIG and TIG) to produce quality welds on carbon steel, various stainless steels and other metals and alloys that are difficult to weld.  Inspects welds for porosity and degree of penetration, taking corrective action as required.  Makes and uses templates and jigs.  Cleans and heats metals; clean, peens and grinds completed welds.  Makes estimates of material requirements and informs superior of needs.  Reports status of work completion.  Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in Arabic or English.  Welding license possession.

Technician

12 years education plus 2 years apprenticeship in Electronics and Electrical.  5 years experience in similar position at a large industrial complex or airport.  Experience in closed loop process control systems.  Principal duties:  Maintains measuring devices and instruments related to the work.  Repairs and troubleshoots malfunction of equipment such as Flow Meter, Pressure gauges, sensors, pressure control valves.  Repairs and troubleshoots malfunctions related to control logic for starting, shutdown of chillers, boilers, pumps and other auxiliary equipment in the plant.  Reviews, verifies, modifies control diagrams.  acknowledges, resets, troubleshoots and repairs alarm causing faults.  English proficiency is required, arabic is desirable.  Valid driving license of Home Country.

Technician - Generator

9 years experience plus 2 years apprenticeship in Electrical.  5 to 7 years experience in the maintenance of electrical section and control of diesel generators emphasis on large size diesel generators.  Principal duties: Diagnoses and reports eroded malfunctions.  Performs Planned preventive maintenance on the alternator and the control protection circuit of the generator and repairs accordingly any problem found.  Install new systems and maintains and modifies the existing ones.  Makes estimates of the required materials.  Ability to read, write and speak English, Arabic is desirable.  Valid driver's license from home country.

Engineer - Mechanical

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in HVAC or comparable discipline from a recognized university.  Must have 2 years experience in designing the HVAC Project with estimate, assist in operation and repair of mechanical equipment in large buildings and facilities.  If no available experience, he must pass the site test and physical interview.  Provides technical support to all maintenance and minor works projects groups.  Must be able to present programs and recommendations both written and oral.  He should have knowledge in operating the computer with basic software.  Must have valid Saudi driving license.  Must be fluent and literate in the English Language.

Engineer - Quality Assurance

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or comparable discipline from a recognized university.  Minimum of 6 years experience in related field of Quality Assurance work in a large building and facilities maintenance organization.  Provides necessary support to all other related minor works projects and assists as necessary during minor construction or repair.  Guides engineers and supervisors on work projects as required.  Must be able to put a technical report and recommendation on projects both written and oral.  He should have knowledge in operating the computer with basic software.  Must have a Saudi driving license.  Must be fluent and literate in the English language.

Supervisor - Preventive Maintenance

A high school diploma and technical school diploma.  Must have 8 years preventive and general maintenance experience as a Heating and Air conditioning mechanic with large central air conditioning units (like chiller/package & split type units above 35 tons of which 3 years shall have been at the supervisory level.  Plans, organizes and schedules work crews to perform assigned preventive maintenance work in a proper and timely manner.  Capable to supervise multiple disciplines and trades.   Knowledge & operating the computer with basic software.  Must have a valid Saudi driver's license.  Must be fluent and literate in English language.

Welder

High school diploma and technical school or equivalent diploma.  Must have 4 years experience as a Welder.  Performs all welding on-site or in-shop metal work to design specifications and accepted codes and practices.  Repairs any metal breakage, separation or flaw to restore to usable condition.  Ensures proper metal preparation, heat control rate, chipping, cooling and surface clean-up within acceptable metal distortion limits.  Arranges for proper tools, equipment and materials to be at work site before or when work begins.  Performs related work as required.  Must have valid Saudi vehicle operator's license.  Must be fluent and literate in English language.

Maintenance Supervisor

A bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.  Must have 6 years experience with a utility or other large facility piping system installation or maintenance of which 3 years were as a Supervisor.  Must be able to train and supervise assigned personnel.  Must be able to plan, organize and coordinate the work in main water line repairs.  Must have hand-on experience in various kinds of large size pipe repairs (over 1000 mm diameter) and installations associated with deep excavation.  Must be familiar with safety preparation.  Must have a driver's license from his country of origin and a valid Saudi vehicle operator's license from his country of origin and a valid Saudi vehicle operator's license.  Must be fluent in the English language.

Maintenance Foreman

A technical school diploma.  Must have 5 years experience in various pipe installation and repair works.  Must have hand-on experience in the installation and repairing of various types of large size (over 1000 mm diameter) pipes.  Must be able to understand plans and specifications and drawings.  Must be familiar with safety measures for deep excavation.  Must have a driver's license.  Must be fluent and literate in the English language.

Operation Foreman

A high school graduate or equivalent certificate is desirable.  Must have 8 years experience as an irrigation technician or plumber related to the operation, maintenance and installation of landscape and irrigation system.  Experience required with irrigation distribution system (sub mains and below) and automatic irrigation control.  Performs related works as required.  Should be able to follow instructions from his superior and implement it.  Must be able to understand plans and specifications and drawings.  Must be familiar with safety measure for deep excavation.  Must have a driver's license.  Must be fluent and literate in the English language.

Welder

A high school diploma.  Must have 3 years experience of maintenance welding or fabrication welding with various metals.  Must have demonstrated competence in the fabrication of steel and repairs to cast iron and stainless steel.  Responsibilities include the fabrication of emergency piping and structures and the restoration of pumps and water plant facilities and the maintenance of readiness to perform such fabrication and repairs on an emergency basis.  Must be capable of planning and fabricating metallic piping and structural device in the support of pipes fitters and other crafts during emergencies and minor construction projects and requisitioning materials, equipment and tools and maintaining adequate bench stock levels.  Must have a valid Saudi vehicle operator's license.

Mechanic

A full secondary education and hold a diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical institute or a university.  Shall have completed 2 years formal trade training and have 6 years in practical post qualification experience working at his trade in the maintenance field.  A minimum of 3 years recent experience shall have in his trade and a large medical complex.  Shall be fluent in English.

Equipment Operator

High school diploma.  1 year experience in (Equipment Operation) in Golf Course.  Operate turf vac, skip loader, fairway and rough airfare and Tractor and fertilizer spreader.  Principal Duties: Mow fairways and roughs with gang units.  Operate smaller equipment as directed by Supervisor.  Ensure that the equipment cooling system is working at all times; clean equipment daily; report equipment problems or failures to Equipment Mechanic immediately.  Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English. Estimator (Engineering Position)

The estimator shall have a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University and a minimum of 8 years experience in estimating, 3 years of which in maintenance related field.  Shall be capable of compiling technical reports of trade activities.  Hands on trade experience are essential.
